OK - So what did you use over that rear wheel hump - looks like really fine vinyl?

Truck is looking fantastic - too bad you no longer have the 1:1 to take final comparison shots with when this one is done...

If I were you wanting to be me, I (you) would add a rear mounted gas tank to promote fires in rear end collisions. That is, if you (me) were I and you were you.

Burn?

Looks absolutely incredible, N00B! I'm always in awe when I look at the tailgate internals. I had to remove the cover off of mine just to see if everything is correct and it is! You can always send it my way for comparison shots....

hes thinking with his dip stick lol
Nah, he's just sleeping.
What the hell did i tell you about playing with dolls!? Damn noobs! Truck looks great though!
To do it more often. Thanks Colberz.
Lookin Good! "thumbsup"
Thank you

I used marine vinyl. I peeled the backing/padding off of it leaving only the vinyl itself. Before that I sanded it and kicked it around in the dirt to make it look aged and crappy.

BURN!

Thanks! My truck didn't have a tailgate panel so I didn't have to remove it for reference. :lmao:It made it easier to reattach the cables after they popped off every time I opened the gate.

That's freaking sweet! All your 4Runner builds are top notch! Besides the body, the interior details are awesome!

Your like meter must be pegged with work of this caliber! Love the scaleness and attention to detail.

I do have a question but what is the yellow thin tape you used to mask off the body? I see you used it on the arched areas around the fenders.

I think I need a like meter recalibration. It's thin tape used to go around tight corners.
attention to detail and talent/patience making the one off pieces awesome as always.
Thank you!

More work on the 3Runner.

Center console. It has the parking ticket for leaving my junk in the street over night and the red thing is the super custom cup holder the previous owner made from a quart container.

The whole rig looks great! I like how well the vinyl on the floor looks like the real thing, great thinking. Any drive time on the narrowed axles yet? I'm curious about how well they hold up.

Awesome build that's just getting better. love your work
Thanks!

Thanks mate. No drive time yet. If they don't work I'm screwed.
If you didn't own one...... you wouldn't know about the second door handle for the rear seat!!! LOVE IT!! "thumbsup"
Exactly!
What is this "Jeep" nonsense???
It's a Jeep thing, you wouldn't understand.

Lights! Not made from inner tubes. "How did you made them LED lights look like that?" I painted them yellow.
