2 day Trail event for scalers in Marseilles, IL

timmy is all greased up and ready to hit the trails!

im hoping to be down there no later than 10 and will be taking the gf out on some of the trails.

it should be interesting... making sure she knows she will hate it before she commits to the weekend thing.

cool, who?

itsjust me is the ringleader out of Grand Rapids. He is working on his club and thinks he has 2 or 3 ready to go.

FYI, there isn't tons of camping room. And the Joilet Mud Turtles are also hosting an event for 1:1 rigs that weekend too.

I am going to have to go to a real campground if I bring my motorhome or else just stay in a hotel room. RV has to go in the shop for some refrigerator/freezer work and I ned to get the engine driven A/C recharged. If I get all of that done, my wife and the dogs will come too but they will hang around the camper and chill.

Probably want to go to a real campground for that then.. not sure the parking lot/camping area they have is real conducive to that!

i'm 99% sure i'll get a hotel room. if the weekend is anything like last sunday, a shower and soft place to sleep will be much appreciated. while the gf had a blast i know for a fact that she will have more fun if she aint wearing 2 days of dirt on the way home. i know i will.

i have never seen the cliffs that dry... usually all the trails back in the woods that trey and i drove are muddy to the point its impossible to drive over the ruts like trey did, you slip in them and its slot-car action.

haven't done much with the full sized yet.
we have 3 decent places for fun sized. goose poop is probably my favorite. its all land scaped sand stone and water falls(if you can get past the goose poop) the pit, and the grand haven state park.
next time your back look me up. always looking to crawl with new people.
