About interrior driver...

it is consider "full" a driver tall 5.1/2" (13.97mm)

now..

for wikepedia.. the averege human height is 177,8 cm very near 180cm

now all the body scale of our truck is between 1:8.5 and 1:9.

So the "in scale driver" must be near 20 cm tall
Scaled action figure can be found.. but the most simple to buy are the wresling action figures, they ar tall about 18cm.

In scale they are 18x9=162cm .. so little short..

you pay for full driver that is tall 13.97/9=125.73cm...
a runt.. a short runt!!
(Peter Dinklaage is 135cm)

so all the "full driver" on our trunk like a runt
or worse like out of scale..

Now.
It will be very nice have full scale driver, if not I ask to consider anyway "full driver" all the action figure, more tall of the minimun measure.

Now a driver "in real scale" without the feet (not visible) is considered not "full" and a "out of scale" (visible!!!) driver is pay like full..

this is a 20cm action figure... perfect 1:9 scale..
like the blackline of minimun...

While the SCX10, TRX4 and TF2 are all "1/10 scale", they are not really in scale with each other, so a figure that would look correct and in scale with the TRX4 would be giant in the TF2.

Yes, it is true..
but tf2 who likes small, it is bigger tha 1:10..
anyway a driver of about 18 cm, can fit in.
The only body smaller is the tamiya f350 that is about 1:12..
in all the others bodies, a driver that is tall 13.9cm likes a runt.
I can understand a smaller driver to fit in, but it is more real
to fit a driver likes real without a part of legs, that no a smaller
driver that likes out of scale.
About this, our riquest to pay like full the driver over 13.9cm
(with or without full legs if u can't see them).
So our trucks will have a driver in scale likes true one, and not a
runt only for have paid the "full driver" in scale points.

Not every truck is 1:8 or 1:9 though, some bodies are smaller - I think 5.5" is a good minimum. If you want a driver thats bigger then go nuts - if not you have the flexibility to run a smaller one. Why the push to give up that flexibility? This gets bland and boring real fast when you eliminate the ability for people to do what looks right for their personal truck. Anyway that`s just my $.02.

Tf2 who like small is little bigger that 1:10..
All the other defender rc4wd are 1:9..
Anyway 5.5" in 1:10 are only 139cm.. A child.. Or a runt.
If you want consider full size it will be OK..
(for full in scale 7" action figure like good)

But we ask to pay like full real scale driver... More tall of 5.5" anyway.. With or without full legs
So u can choose if you want a runt driver or a normal driver.. With all the scale points.. If not all the truck will be drive by runt/child or out of scale drivers.

Can the Diff Lockers in the TRX-4 be counted as functional scale items?

I didn't find any answers, but my doubt is whether the differential lockers are legal in Class 1.

Don't understand why this would be a question in any class, it is, in fact, and scale feature found on 1:1 rigs. Add one scale point for them and move on.

Ok here is a question. Would love to have the SORRCA rule makers thoughts.

Rule in question: • No bolt on or stick on external axle or knuckle weights of any kind

Would a Traxxas TRX-4 having a outer portal cover (this is not the knuckle, but touches it in a sense) made of Brass be allowable?

Let me see if I am taking this right. If a weight is bolted to a knuckle it is ok now? Another weight bolted to a knuckle is not. MIND BLOWN. At this point all should be made legal. If the intention of the rule was to eliminate weights with high mass below the axle. Why not just do that. Change the rule to "No add on weights that are only below the center line of the stub axle". Please give the rest of us our weights back.

Because plenty of other parts are made of brass by people that aren't for axle weight.
