Looks wicked, Someone may kill me here, but its good to hear of something other than a 2JZ.....

"376 cubic inch Toyota 3UR-FE V8 which can rev to 10,000 RPMs " - those are some amazing numbers....way cool build.

Call me kooky, but I think that may be bordering on the edge of "unusable power". Just a guess, though. ;-)

Way clean looking car except for the wing....but at least it goes fast enough to need it! I wonder what kind of work it took to make that truck motor rev to 10k.

that and it seems to be a proper wing, not just for show.

dyno queen

Normally I'd agree with you. And truth be told, this one will likely be more dyno queen than anything else. But at least this one may have reasonable power before the gargantuan 76mm turbos spool since it has a decent amount of displacement. But assuming they're not sequential turbos, I suspect the power curve will still be very "Supra-esque". It'll likely be Supra-esque no matter what, to be honest! :ror: But yeah, I'd definitely like to see the chassis dyno curve.

All Supras are dyno queens.

Theres 2 local ones over 1300hp each...best 1/4 mile time has been 13.2 out of any of them on any day with any driver they've tried.

Yep! I think they're fastest (in the 1/4) with about half that horsepower. At least then they can somewhat put it to the ground. But no, it doesn't have as much "streetz cred" as saying you've got 1300 hp.

How will that hold up? I can't see any drivetrain surviving that much power.

no need to. people dont drive supras. just dyno queens
600-1000hp supras typically run 12s:roll:

edit: looks like everyone beat me to it.

were just waiting on binary terror now... :D

I'm such a sourpuss. I don't like exotics and I don't like rolling advertisements!

Where are all the good ol fashioned look what I learned and how I did it hot rods?

Lets see 5.4 liters at 10K rpm... 250lbm of air... that's a LOT of lag. I wonder how long it takes to make any boost at all, a single turbine probably flows more air than most aftermarket exhausts. :lmao::lmao:

Overkill. Definite dyno queen. That thing will have far too much power to successfully put down. Even at highway speeds, the rear would come loose anytime boost kicks in.

Yup. Not surprised Rado is attached to this. He used to drag race imports, then jumped into drifting after saying he's been power sliding cars since before he had pubes.
