2S 20C-30C Lipo question.

If a battery is 1300Mah with a 20C rating, that means that it can provide a maximum current of 26 AMPS or 1300Mah X 20=26 AMPS The higher the C rating, the more current available to the ESC and motor. This also shows that a 350Mah 20 C battery will only supply 7 AMPS of current, but if it were a 65C battery, it could supply 24.5 AMPS.

These numbers are absolute and should NOT be exceeded, better to stay below the C rating to be safe.

From what I read, it seemed like going with a high "C" rating is ok, as long as you don't go too low.

I could very well be wrong though.
