77' blazer "clod body" by southern builds

I decided this past weekend to pull this out the corner and to finish up the fab work and powder coat it.



next to find all the parts and build :mrgreen:
 
I got a little more done today :ror: K44s up under there with the pinion angle shims and some scale hardware


motor trans and transfer case and more scale bolts and some scale drive shafts



and added the wheels and tires to check the stance
 
winch mounted and fairlead bolted up


next up was the grill. paint and some headlights

Chevrolet orange paint and white top :ror:




next up is full interior let the fun begin!
 
ive been working on the interior the past few days. I have the basic layout of it done

I just started playing with leafs and was wondering why you have the shackles forward on the front springs?
 
thanks everyone for the complements and likes. ive been busy building rigs for other R/C addicts and it don't leave much time for mine :cry: I hope to get more done soon. I did buy the vender star on here so I will be offering my line of frames as so as I get time to post pics in the vender section.

I might get a set of shooter shackles later and with the extra flex it might put the driveshaft in a bind if its the other way. I could be wrong but that's why I did it.
