Anyone watch this show? It was so incredibly crappy fake and horrible that I couldnt stop watching.

I watched it for about 12 minutes...... And when the dog left the room because it was so bad, I knew it was time to go to bed....

I think I watched it... I thought maybe I had a really bad nightmare, so Iguess I watched it too... so why is the leader always in a barn with a desk?

They need to put Amish Mafia in the WTF section of everything!

anything amish can be put in there  ....for gods sake at least put bad ass amish folk in that show instead of those bozo's they have, if there is such a thing as a bad ass amish dude :lmao: ........bob

....

They are running out of reality show ideas so they are making up their own reality.

yeah fake reality, cause strick amish would have nothing to do with anything modern like elec and TV....my bet is the TV exec's know this fact and know the true real amish won't see the TV show :lmao: ........bob

....

During the Amish Rumspringa the amish kids are pushed to try technology and outside life.

It's actually a very interesting culture when you learn the facts about them. Problem is, most people base their opinions of the Amish off what Hollywood has shown them. Much like many other things.

I do recall another reality show a few years back that dealt with Rumspringa directly. I seem to remember seeing at least a partial episode. I respect it as they are giving the kids a choice once old enough and let them go, so to speak.

How many other cultures are so good about allowing this?
