But is there a drag brake?
EDIT: Ohhh, not sure but others in SCX area were saying it's same esc. Drag brake on it appears to be set with a small jumper on physical contact pins like the latest Axial esc.

Axial AE-5 for comparison, info from Axial's site about AE-5 ESC:
The AE-5 ESC features include 3S LiPo capability, adjustable drag brake and it's waterproof! Settings can be easily switched “in the field” between LiPo and NiMH battery types with a simple jumper – no more complex procedures!
• Jumper 1 provides a simple plug and play choice between LiPo or NiMH batteries
• Jumper 2 switches drag brake settings
• Waterproof design with waterproof on/off switch

Vaterra ESC on HorizonHobby site (back ordered) sure looks exactly like Hobbywing Quicrun except for the two little screw mounting ears on the case and cross cut milled into red heatsink. As best as I can read via web the jumper settings are labelled the same, but I don't know 100% sure
