has any one made a full length skid plate for under the cc/xc chassis ? if so can i have some pointers please as i want to do this i want to make it in such a way that the skid has some smoothish humps in it to acomadate things like bottom of gear box and the lower link mounts to chaasis

cheers paul

here you go

all you need is some styren and just get a little heat on it like a hair dryer and the styren will form the shape, my works really good, i had a piece over the rear diff but i broke it off. but ya just size it all up, and also on the rear i drilled my own holes and mounting points so wish you luck send me a private message if you need more questions answered wish you luck

I am interested to know if you find yourself getting high centered more or less often now with those skid plates?

Your breakover angle is now lower.... but everything under there is smooth and wont hang up as much :?:

Ditto. I just want to smooth out my underside a bit more. Right now I'm sitting pretty free under the rig but my driveline is the only "hang up" I' having issues lately.
