I've been looking for something that is like a set collar but has a 6-32 stud on it.
Not sure what it'd be called and I've used many different terms on google with no luck. The closest I've found is a pushrod connector but it's a little on the small side.

It'd look something like this. Kinda like a heim joint but wouldn't have the bearing in it.

"set screw shaft collar" looks really close to what you want but without that 6-32 stud.....

yeah I had no problem finding set screw shaft collars but I haven't been able to find something like pictured or that would work in a similar fashion.

Can you just drill and tap a 6-32 x 3/4" stud into one of those set screw collars?

I'm thinking brazing but I know I've seen something somewhere that would work, just need the time to find it. If not I have a couple options.

You check Spring Air or Robart websites at all? I know what you are talking about, but not sure on where I saw it either, but those two sound right. I think Robart might make something like that for landing gear door mounts I think, otherwise check other RC Plane retract sites once too.....
