Billet Works' Nightmare S...almost here!

When this masterpiece is finished will it be available to the masses? And if so, how much would this fine piece of craftsmanship be worth?

The Nightmare S? If that's your question, yes, it's much closer to public release than you may think. Several are scheduled to officially leave here next week in fact. Price won't be far off my other kits based on component count, materials, and complexity.

Curious as to why there are not more carbon options. Also for those of us on a diet there are no weights listed for chassis or parts. Other wise everything looks great and seems to have an excellent price.

"it's much closer to public release than you may think" good to hear but I want it now!!!! How do I get one of the kits scheduled to go out next week? Will you be including links with the kit or as an option to be purchased with the kit?

That's great to hear. I'll make sure I order one asap!

Thanks buddy

Not to worry, there will be carbon offerings and I will also list the weights of each component. Obviously, the chassis itself as a whole is on the light side at sub 2 ounces bolted together with stainless hardware "thumbsup"

Looks very good Don your a design wizard! Is there enough room for a dig unit? Thanks "thumbsup"

Thanks my friend, let me know what unit you are trying to fit in there and I will design a top plate around it just for you

I guess you and I need to chat. Chassis will be available with and without links.

What's you plans for getting one of these Nightmare S running around DFW at our comps.

Gary, I shot you a reply the other day but didn't hear back. Def need to hook up and get this worked out.

Yeah, I was just contemplating a lack of choices for my shafty I'm building. Perfect timing!! I'd be excited to get my hands on one of these!!

Let me know the best way to contact you. I tried sending an email a few days ago, but I don't think it went through.

I just checked my junk mail and there you were.

What's a good time to call you?

If you still have my number, shoot me a text when ya can and I'll hit ya back. Need to get you set up quickly. I'm assuming you can make the trip up to the new place just west of Denton?

Try me again at don@billet-works.com maybe?

You can always count on BWD products being top notch and well thought out.

Thanks bud. See ya soon.

So quick update, I made up 6 full G10 kits but have been on hold for titanium links. Working to resolve that now. Worst case they can be had from VP or other suppliers. I'm running 85mm front uppers, 95mm front lowers, and 110mm rear uppers and lowers on mine presently.

The brace across the top us cool, will there be enough room to fit a dig and servo in there??

As I mentioned to my old pal Stormin, if you guys need a top plate for running a dig, I am happy to oblige. If for one of my old digs, I can even integrate a servo mount. I don't have anyone else's dig here to design around their's, tho I would be happy to do so.

I can't wait to see this chassis for sale. Then I can decide between a Nightmare ans a CCC Boxer.

Updates coming this week...pricing will be set, options available, including with/without links "thumbsup"

I know this chassis will be perfect for my shafty. I can't wait to get one. Once again, thank you for another great innovation. Congrats on the new chassis
