My Girlfriend makes fun of me because I try to eat whole and raw foods. I read packages at the store, which bugs her I guess. I dont like processed meat and cheese, I stay away from fast food. Not to say I dont eat stuff like that, I just eat it seldom. My biggest thing is bread. I just found some Orowheat bread that has 6g of fiber per slice. MMMM, fiber is good. I looked to my candy bread (white bread) and found that it had 0g. Bread without fiber? What is bread worth without fiber? I might as well eat a spoonful of sugar! Probably no big deal to you guys, but I never realized that my white bread was worthless in that respect. How do you remove all fiber from a grain anyway?
