Nah, it must just be us bike guys. I try to stay to the whole grains as well. Lagers and Porters mostly. But in all seriousness, I shop at Trader Joes and avoid preservatives of any sort, go for the whole grains, avoid canned anything, and eat free range organic hippie. I like it. It tastes better. Like you, I can't seem to avoid the occasionaly junk food, so I feel the need to eat as healthy as I can for the times I'm not.
