Woohoo!! My RPP shipment came in with all my Tamiya Hilux parts, just have to get a few more things to finish it and wait for my ARB Hilux bumper with light mounts to come in!
This is the exact Hilux I'm building, this is my inspiration for the Hilux build, I've been wanting to build one for a while but when I saw this it was the kick off for me. I even bought the exact bumper but it's being shipped from Europe because there's only one company that makes it and it's over there. :x

Im not sure who all is gonna go out there this weekend but was wondering if we could do a decent size follow the leader type trail run back out down through the trails.. even if its just 2-3 of us i think it would be pretty cool.

It might be in use, i forgot about a rig i had coming in the mail and im not sure what ESC is in it so it might need to get used. I do have a Quark 33a esc that id give you for 25 bucks.. its nowhere near waterproof though.. but its brushless ready and up to 3s (im pretty sure) let me know.

You dont have to be but it definitely gonna be a good idea. If you come out his weekend i think were gonna do a decent size trail run so it should be a good time.
Im on days next week so don't have to leave early. Hope the people coming out will have a couple of batteries "thumbsup". I plan on playing for the most part of the day.

You can buy liquid electrical tape in spray can at the home depot. Maybe wrap some pantyhose around the motor.
