its a cheap venom 2.4 im going to upgrade that for sure though... i hate it! it keeps resetting everything so i have to sit there and go thru all the programs and set it up the way i like it each time i get it out to play

one radio you might look at chad is the flysky gt3b , you can pick one up for around $ 38 they are 2.4 ghz and they work great ( extra recievers are about $ 7 ) .

how well does that controller work compared to like a spektrum DX3S, or DX3R

i really like mine , i use it for my comp rig as well as my scaler , drifter , and short course . i have no issues with it at all , if you can get the newer version gt3c it has a lipo in it .

i just ordered the orange GT3C... some other guys ive talked to on here said they prefer it over the spektrum, plus its about $150 cheaper.

Do any of you guys run a DMG chassis in any of your rigs?

not sure if anybody around has a DMG chassis on there rigs , but i know from first hand experience that his chassis are really nice ( he is pretty much the president of our local club KCRC ) it might take a bit of massaging or modifying to fit ( or you could talk to him about making you a chassis to fit ( which as long as it didn't inter fere with the comp season i could let him borrow my skid and tranny to use to mock up the frame if he needed it )

i think you will really like it "thumbsup", there are several guys in our local group that use them for there scalers and a couple that use them for comp rigs

I've looked at some of his chassis on here but i cant find how to order them... i want one for the venom and my new losi comp crawler.... ive been trying to message him but never get a reply. if you wouldnt mind helping that would be awesome and i could draw something up and he could design it..
