clod wheels

I know this is a very famous topic, ive done my research and i know what i need. BUT, i cannot find anything, or anyone who sells adapters to mount my clod wheels to my wraith axles. I cant even find anyone selling the stock clodbuster axle end caps! Please let me know what can be done?
