colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

I'll be out practicing wed (11/19) and fri (11/22) at Lazyland from 4:15-dark

Also, I'll probably be driving up both days for the comp this weekend (deckers) and might have a few extra seats. (Billygoat, you still in to carpool both days?)

you know it! i would rather sleep in my own bed than freeze to death. might meet up with you this week to crawl.ill let you know

Not going to make it out today, i need to rebuild my dig and mount up some lights for the comp tomorrow.

John, I'll call you later to set up a plan for tomorrow.

Howdy there!
I'm not new to R/C, but I am new to crawling as I just got a Losi Mini Rock Crawler.
I was wondering if any of you Springs folk run the MRC on your outings. I'd like to join some time if I wouldn't be in the way and if the terrain you guys run on would still be doable with a MRC.

With how much I'm liking the MRC, I'll probably end up with an Axial or something by springtime, but it would be fun to see what the MRC can do outdoors in the meantime.

hey egnix, we go out to palmer park a bunch. we usually post up here so you should post up when your going and other may join you .and we all have minis also so bring it out .

ill be there. are we going to set up some gates?

Hell, yes we're setting up gates. I'll bring the score sheets and timers too.

I'll plan to be there.
Where to meet? (I've only been to PP once...and that was ~7 years ago)

Lazyland is on the north side of PP. take the main road thru the park and follow the signs to Lazyland. park by the closed gate and walk up the trail to the east.

It's marked in this picture with the "templeton trail" I'll get there a little early, just look for my yellow truck.
