A CHUMP chassis for the LCC that moves the tranny over far enough to run high clearance links would be "thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"

Kicked the idea around some but am worried about how unbalanced it would make the chassis.

Aluminum hardware for sure, using mini nuts. maybe a heavier C and knuckle assembly.

On your custom chassis can you think about running the trans reversed so the dig servo shares the battery area?

I got another idea on weight I shared with only one other but maybe you can work with it.. I'll pm in a minute.

knuckle weights at a reasonable price made in the usa would be nice to see less rotating mass would really help

Why not just mount the stock chassis backwards?

Some stainless lowers would be sweet, as would some high steer knuckles so we can run a true bta steering8)

a lower skid where the lower links are mounted slightly father apart so i can run bent links w/o hitting the drive shafts.

The new transmission mount is so lite that you can't even see it Newb. It is just a cab and hood that bolts up to the top of the stock chassis. I was feeling lonely after you got your fancy new star so I figured I would join you.

Also if you do make make a metal housing try and implement a replaceable but built in delrin skid or something to that idea,

The Cab looks good! Are you planning on using the OE shock towers? Or are you designing new? Also does it mount inside the chassis or outside? Not that it would probably matter. I need to re-read the bodyless rules

Interested for sure! I like the bodyless top, does it bolt up to a stock chassis?

the whole bodiless thing does nothing at all for me. but stainless Cs and knuckles would be awesome, less rotating weight, more static weight. a histeer/BTA setup would be cool. something more than just a tie rod that bends up toward the underside of the servo.

Yep it bolts up to the stock chassis at the shock arm mounting points.

Nope. Just some things I've seen that could be helpful for a losi. I'm planning on picking one up eventually, so hurry the hell up!
