After installing my new curries and trying to get everything back together my driveshafts are at to much of an angle to install. Anybody have any idea why this is happening. The driveshafts are mip's thanks in advance!

Could it be my links? I read it says stock links aren't compatible but I was thinking that it meant the cheesy stock plastic ones

I think you're right with the links. The Curries have different mounting points for the links, so the stock lenghts will not work. You will have to buy a set designed for Curries (or make them yourself).

Note that I don't have any experience with Curries, but I've read quite a bit about them!

Depending on your wheelbase, but I had RC4X4 make me custom stainless links for my curries (for my power wagon). They are the best links I have used to date. Look them up on facebook. I wanna say they were around $75 for the set.

One thing to keep in mind, make your top links in the rear a little longer, so it will rotate the pinion angle up. In the attached picture, I didn't have the link longer and my drive shaft hung up on everything

Heck for 75 bucks I will make you some. The materials cost 5 to 10 dollars. Just get some all thread, aluminum tubing and revo rod ends. Presto, you are all set!
