I had an 83 200SX which was WAY ahead of its time. Freaked people out when it talked. Also far faster than anyone thought it would be.

I had a 69 2 door w/L16 and Weber sidedrafts, a 72 4 door with 5 speed, L18, sidedrafts and east african safari suspension and 14 inch wheels, that baby loved to off road. Also ran an 69 L class 2 door in SCCA slaloms at Qualcomm stadium that my gf at the time dad owned.

He was a master mechanic for Datusan back in the mid 60's to late 70's, has certs. framed all over his garage.....Lucky bastard!

My dad was a Datsun master mechanic. He still has a 240, 260 and a 280Z and my first car was a 1600 pickup. We put in a pumped up L20 motor with twin Mikunis and a 5-speed. That little truck embarrassed alot of V-8's light to light. Couldn't wait to get rid of it and now would love to have it back.

This ones mine, bought it 100% stock. Had 69k on it at the time, now has about 71k. Had for a year an 6 days. Ill post more details if anyones interested.

I've had 4 Z cars: 1976, 1981, 1982 GL, and my last one was a black cherry '83 280ZX Turbo 5-speed with factory black chrome. I sold it back in 2006 and I miss it still.
