DLUX Berg axle parts

I am working on them. Its going to be a tough week trying to get so much done before nats.

Nice job at Nats. "thumbsup" What is the latest word on the berg rear axle shafts? Thanks.

Thanks!

I have no idea what is going on with the shafts. This guy is usually no problem and gets stuff done quick. Last we spoke he said that he is having issues getting power to his tools from the city. I dont know if that is still going on. I will call in a bit and see if I can get a better update.

Sorry guys, wish it were 100% on my shoulders and then I could just get them done. Its hard to rely on others.

Just got off the phone.

He said that his power supply issues blew his power supply on his tools and he is having those fixed. He hopes to have it back tomorrow and these will be the first job. He still needs to ship them to me but if he even gets them done by Saturday, I should have them by Monday. Then I can do my work on them and have them out on Tuesday.

Fingers crossed.

Read back a few pages and didnt see any mention of delrin berg tubes status. Website shows out of stock. This still true or applies to post about about power suppy issues?

Tubes are actually good to go. I just have some new info that I need to post up as there were some changes. The changes will be much better for everybody.

I am trying to post up the information today but am so far behind its crazy. If you want the tubes, PM me and we can discuss.

Just got the shafts. I will get right to work on them and hope to have them shipped no later than Wed.

Thanks everybody for your patience. I know some of you have been waiting way too long.

I updated the Bully conversion post in #3. I figured out a way to machine the knuckles much faster, knocking $15 more off the price!

Now, you can get:
Knuckles
Axle shafts
Tie rod
Drag link
Hexes

All the above, bulletproof, machined and ready to bolt on to your AX10 C hubs for as little as $150!

I edited some info in the first couple of pages....

I will be making some changes to some of my products.

I will no longer be modifying Bully shafts but I am now taking a Bully style universal and modding those. They are capable of 70* and you lose quite a bit of weight with them.

I am not going to stock the cast style knuckles for the Bully. While I think its a great option to be able to adjust your weight between machined knuckles and cast, there just is no demand for the cast style.

Tubes will all have a slightly bigger bearing hole so they will fit an MT or Berg style gear box.

Rear axle shafts will be changing. I am making the tang MUCH bigger and I will also be selling them with an RC bros locker.

I think that covers it,.... for now

got thse Berg super shafts in the mail today...."thumbsup" I opted for the smaller tang with the option to get the bigger tangs welded on later.....ZERO slop!! very nice product Erik..

super berg axles have held up awesome all this time....only issue now is the shafts eating lockers with the smaller tang on the shafts....time to weld on the big tangs and machine out the lockers...do you still do this Erik? or am i way behind what all the cool kids are doing?
