Just got it all put back together and love it. I dropped about 2oz with the CFX which made my CG better. Here is what i got now.

Berg axles
DNA CFX chassis
DNA Sniper wheels
Panther tires
Losi 4" shocks
45t motors
Tekin Fxr-pro
Hitic 5995 servo
CC bec
Hitic 55 dig servo
Dx3r radio
Fubar rear lock outs
Custom OTA steering setup.
Xcite 500mah 11.1v battery

did you cut the skid down at all or leave it like they send it.

Its stock, The Slingshot Berg kit will have a solid skid plate also.(no holes for the trans.)

what's the difference with the slingshot berg kit, then the slingshot for the Axial?

It will be the same, The skid just wont have hole's for the trans..Also the links with the ax-10 slingshot kit will not work on a Berg (to short) so im not sure what thay are going to do. I now thay are talking about it. Maybe a kit with out links because there are so many differant setup's out there.

gotcha... thanks for the info. i'm running a slingshot with my berg using the axial links. i just swapped the rod to the longer Jato ones to get my WB where i wanted it.

slingshot links works great with 3" revo GTR full droop and belly is @ 2 7/8"...worked great for me came in 3rd @ the 2nd series norcal comp...good chassis...I'm currently testing yota's CDW berg chassis...

Did some more mods, Norrowed the skid and cut the center down"thumbsup"

I was actually thinking of doing the same thing to the skid on my axial. As for the stock links being to short. An easy fix for that would be to use Jato rod ends on them."thumbsup" They are 9mm longer. That gives you 36mm of length extra over using revo ends.;-)
