DCW is always (though sometimes slowly) moving forward, and to continue to do that successfully I need to know what works, what doesn't, and what could be improved.

I've shipped a lot of product out of my garage these past few years, and apart from a couple of slip-ups, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. While that is great, I need to hear the gripes as well.

DCW would not exist without the support of my fellow RCC members. Help me help you by keeping me aimed in the right direction!

If I've done something you like, tell me.

If I've done something you hated, tell me.

If you see an area that I could improve upon, tell me.

You can post here or via the feedback tab on my website.

Like: Every single wheel that we have worked on has been spot on in every way. Wheels that are made by hand have a different feel to them, rather than machine. Thank you, Chris, for offering this service and allowing the community to make the wheels THEY want instead of having to settle.
