Styrene sheets mate and I use tyre glue most of the time ....."thumbsup"

"thumbsup" I NEED to give you props. I LOVE ford and For some reason Rangers are one on my favorite. I have beem looking for a long time and I do not see to many rangers. You did a great job on this build. I love it. Nice work. I Have the same ranger sitting om my work bench. I am thinking what I want to do with it. Not sure if I should keep the bed, Maybe dove tail it. I am not sure.... I will try to put up a build thread when I get their..

You can see its brazed in the first few pictures of the bumper. typically metal this small especially soft metals like brass will be to small to actually weld.
