I need help with multible models. I have 3 trucks and noticed all 3 models have the same trim settings, steering, Throttle, 3rd Channel, like a Global settings for all models. In fact, I noticed if I turn on my radio and have it on the wrong model, I can drive the car. Do you know of a setting to change this so all models dont share setting nor the same channel. I have the same RX for all my trucks as the RX that came with the radio.
Thanks
Brad
It sounds like when switching models you are using copy instead of select. It is just below the model number. There is really no other way I can see this happening.
hey harley. does/can the 4PL be setup with a larger center deadband for channel 3 or 4? ie for use with a winch to minimize drifting.
i wonder if a very very high expo would acomplish something similiar?
i dont have my radio or manual here, and i cant remember...are you saying that the 3rd/4th channel does have expo on it? even though its only hooked to a 3 pos switch that can only technically be 0% or 100%/-100% "throw"
Holy smokers, this new 4pl is a kick ass radio, easy for dopes like me to figure out, it is now running my E-maxx with home engineered rear steer quite nicely and I can still shift the transmission. now to play with the steering mix.
My M11 went fast on the bay
Now to wait for my "new to me" new toy, finally found a Kyosho Blizzard DX with the blade, perhaps the ultimate "crawler",been looking for 5 years
Thanks for the help and advice Harley"thumbsup", by the way how come this thread hasn't been sticky'd yet
While I'm here can you recommend a good battery pack for the 4PL?
And yes guys, the strawberry blonde UPS lady will be visiting me again
I'll see if she will let me take her picture
Thanks again Harley:mrgreen:
