Two weeks now, possibly sooner. I put a preorder onto the site.
Couldn't tell you, I have never run boats and I know absolutely nothing about them.
Need something for a boat?
What about brushless? Wouldn't that be better for higher power stuff? I'm sure the Cobalt Puller would haul ass in a boat, but don't have the smarts to know where to start for prop and such.
As long as you can prop a motor that spins 1800kv and likes to run around 12 to 14v max then it should work good.
Yeah, pushing it. But if you are racing you might not care so much about pushing it.
I think they don't like more than around 35 amps continuous on 12 cells. Bursting you could hit 80 safely I would fully guess. The brushes may even let through 100 amps or more. Rm is .047 ohm.
yep I am, for several fast electric boats actually trying to rig up a 50 mph catamaran and a faster mono hull for racing in Washington area"thumbsup"
2/3a cuts it, 4/5a are better, sub-C is best. The more power you can feed it, the better.
Sounds like a great combination to me.
i think you will kill the Cobalt Pullers within the first run
Plettenberg HP 290/20/7 and Octura X442 will fit for a 12 cell mono
