I had a brand new dead ESC Saturday. Motorama was right around the corner. John next day air'ed me a brand new ESC. It shipped Monday and I got it today. I installed it and it works flawlessly. To answer my e-mails on a weekend and then ship me a new ESC overnight was unbelievable. Didn't even have to wait for my dead one to get back to him first.

WOW the site says 2 weeks on custom winds i ordered esc's, motor's and bec's Wednesday morning. with the ecc this weekend i didnt really expect any product or response from John but next thing i know i get shipping info and my package is here friday in the mail phenomenal support is all i can say
