Killer Hoons Body

They couldn't pay me to run that Block body, the way he drives it should be back on a POS Traxxas car. I will be getting the normal body.

Really.... You must not know much about rally. Name the last american to score any points in the WRC. Like him or hate him the man can drive.

Well he had 6 whole points last season and 4 after seven rounds this year. He does not deserve to be driving at that level if that is all he can do.

I'm a huge rally fan and can appreciate his talent. I think he's only been in 3 WRC events this year. What makes you think he doesn't deserve to drive at that level. His sponsors would disagree with you. WRC has probably the highest caliber of talent next to F1 and he has done reasonably well. Americans haven't faired well historically in WRC. Plus he has helped bring rally to the mainstream, if it wasn't for Block we wouldn't get hardly any television coverage. I find it funny how everyone loves to hate him but I bet you have watched all his videos.....

I guess haters are gonna hate.

That sounds factual. I'm willing to bet that everyone that doesn't like BLOCK has seen every video and enjoyed it.

I don't know enough about him to have an opinion but, I personally think the videos are kick ass"thumbsup"

Driving Gymkhana style on abandoned airports or the street of San Fran is one thing. Driving on the dirt and snow is another. Just ask Kimi Raikkonen how easy Rally is. Didn't take him much to go running back to F1!

Anyone who can get around that fast on the dirt without crashing is doing good, unfortunately doing just 'good', isn't going to win events. Made even harder by only have 2 or 3 manufacturers, but that's another story. Bring back Subaru and Mitsubishi!!!

And BTW, I love all 3 disciplines"thumbsup"

3 "Fully time" manufactures are in the WRC right now. Mini, Citroen and Ford. But next year Volkswagen will be back in it and after that Toyota is coming back. Teams are coming back to the WRC after the rule changes they implemented last year. It is just going to take time. I did hear rumor a little while ago about Subaru coming back...

Subaru does still race in the WRC (came back in 2010), but they are hanging back in the production class (Group N) for now.

I've seen VW's little Polo R before. It's a quick and loud little car lol

If they can keep it in one piece it looks to be a contender. With Ogier Leading the team there is a good chance they will be at the top of the leader board. keeping the Mini running has been the big problem this season for the team, but things are looking really promising with the speculation that this might be Loeb's last season.

I can't wait to see it sliding and jumping more next season, they already drove a little in the WRC this season, but mainly to keep testing.

Tower now has the WR8 Flux RTR w/Ford Fiesta Abu Dhabi WRC posted!!!

Yeah, we were discussing that previous page. Their price is a bit out of whack though. Amain has it for $479, (which was towers original figure) so that should be the mark hopefully.

I was just inform from a very good source that the Wr8 comes with the Bullet drive train. KInda weak.

Well, they share the same chassis and some components... What were you trying to prove?

Straight from your source (HPI), second paragraph: "Starting with drivetrain from the Bullet Flux-powered truck..."
::HPI RACING:: - WR8 Flux

I do kind of wish the WR8 shared the Bullet MT's one-piece motor mount. But at least the WR8 has hex hardware.

I was in hopes that it would have the same drive train as the Apache's. That Pure Beef.
