Hs-5245mg bec???

As title says really should I use a BEC with a Hitec HS-5245MG mini servo as the last one i had burnt out and then my ESC packed up!

I just got a new ESC in the post and should be getting my replacement servo in the next few days so I dont want to burn them both out again!

I would run a BEC then. It will ease the load on the esc. While your at it get the BEC set to 6v to get the most out of the servo.

i am on my second 5645 cuz i thought my mongoose bec would handle it since i put the castle bec in the loop its even improved the steering power and mine is set at 6.1 volts

How long have you been running it as my first 5645 didnt last 3 hours before it burnt out!
