I Hobby Comp info...

Had a great time the last two days, I was glad I was able to help out. "thumbsup" Thanks jeff and all the other SCRC members that helped to build the course.

Joe, just meet us around back about 10:15-10:30 We wont need your Jeep to haul stuff but no sense in you paying to park. Make sure you have your vendor badge.

almost forgot... I received an email from Axial today as a follow up:

Hi Jeff,

Just following up, have you received all the items? Hope everything made it in time.

Thanks,

Vanessa Taw
Marketing Coordinator
Axial, Inc.

my reply:
The package arrived Thursday, I was able to pick it up Friday after the vendor portion of the show. The T-shirts were given away as prizes on Sunday and the Markers were used in the display. We were only able to place a small sign with the Axial name on it as the supplies came in too late and our main sponsors had already taken the banner slots. The show estimates that approx. 10,000 people from the public viewed our booth (we were kind of in a bad spot) down slightly from the monster trucks who received approx 13,000 viewers. We handed out approx 300 club fliers and received magazine coverage from 3 major magazines (Look for me and our course in the Jan/Feb "Rc Car" magazine).

Maybe they will realize what they missed out on and what the sponsors that came thru for us gained "thumbsup"
