---Idk----my machine---IDK----

got some new parts ordered some others.

ripsaws r35 compound

ordered a solar d772 and ckrc aluminium servo horn.

as of right now i regert replace the rovers for the ripsaws. but i wanted a more scale looking tire and lockup rc had them for 10 buck as takeoffs.

cant wait to get my servo so i can get my 4ws back.

one question about 4ws i have a dx3e and the 3rd channel switches from left to right back to center and thats it. how can i get te wheels to turn with the fronts?

its is i love it but know im left to make a class 3 rig if i ever wanted to comp which i do. but man 4ws is the tits when your just bashing

and ya the chassis has it draw back but its what i was looking for no more lexan bodys. and a moonbuggy look. but after haven it about 1 month im ready to give building one myself a go!

Mmmmm... With the Dx3e you can switch the 3rd channel to linear but I think you would have to hold the rear switch with ur thumb an learn to steer the front an rear together.. or splice ur servos together to get them to work. I don't have 4ws but do have the same tx.. someone in the super class or in the electronics thread may have a better answer for you tho..

Without a mix its a bit of a b!tch to do but there is an old school lockout you can do using a y-harness and a micro servo..even a cheapy one will work...and a micro switch...if you want to know more post up and Ill tell you how to do it...it works well for what it is.

ok i have lost 4 axle pins in 24 hrs from the right front. i have the update kit lock ring but not the newer axles. my left side doesnt do it nor the rear. the pin lock will not stay on!!! i moved my stock links back a hole or two to clock the axle back alittle and added ripsaws that is the only thing that has changed what am i missing here? im running outta small hex wrenches to cut up

and while im on it where should the front axle be sitting? mine had the servo pointing almost at a down angle. i want it level with the ground right?

confused

Yeah, I have an older kit as well.. it has/had them.. Rmdw sell, pin lox, ... You want them!

Oh, after thought.... Try taking one of ur update kit lock ring off the rear an put it on the front were ur having the problem an see if its just the front axle shaft or the lock ring itself... Maybe its the axles end that's not good, try putting that elsewhere on ur rig as well... In the rear would be better.. problems in the front, with all the torque an steering isn't the best place to leave it...

super glue fix the front adding rear steer started the rears. at this point i want to switch axles.. i want rear steer and the steering angles are what seems to cause this so maybe some wraith or gmade portals

got my solar d772 installed not what i was thinking 360 oz on 6v would feel like but a step up frfom the 946r thats now in the rear. got the ckrc hd servo arm on too two batterys and no broken or lost pins i think im good for know. but new axles are coming or shocks man this shit is addicting. also i started adding body panels but its not looking good

https://www.ckrccrawlers.com/ckrcs-suicide-switch-steering-upgrade-kit-wraith-ridgecrest-p-3828.html is this kinda setup doable on the creeper?

took the ripsaws off put the back on so much better for me. and man rear steer with a stronger servo is where its at! i was using the servo that came with my dx3e and switch to the 946r and what a difference.

shocks and wheels are next

They call it suicide steering for a reason...everything has to be dead nuts even or you wind up with different steering angles...you will get ackerman angle too regardless of how you set it up.
