Jeremy's Sporty

Why do the pretty things always look like they work better! :ror: Loving it! Your rig almost makes me want to lower mine! :D
"Pretty"? This short bus has been called a lot of things but never "pretty"

BTW, 1/10th scale bags is where it's at!

Pure luck:flipoff:

Hey, I never said that I did it clean....when I pull the trigger it fell from that perch on it's lid, I blipped the throttle and flipped it back over.....or "drove out" :ror:

Video??

A few small updates on this truck. Made some replacement chassis braces ala Turbofest. They are smaller OD and half the weight of the stock braces:

I also rerouted my motor leads:

The truck now sits at 5lbs 3.9oz. It is driving nicely as well! It took second in our sporty comp over the weekend (we run the same courses as the 2.2 pro). I even let a fellow club member drive it (who has never driven my truck before) and he scored only a few points below me. Fawker.

I dont think you have. And why? Then I couldnt claim that I am running this truck with the exact suspension geometry that the destructions suggest....

'cause its better. And you can still have the geometry you want. I'd send you one but I've given all of mine away, minus the ones I'm using.

Maybe I'll steal one off 4xFord's truck and give it a whirl....that is, if he ever brings that thing out again.

This truck is ready to rock for ECC:

I noticed that the odd shaped inner lip of the VP knuckle weights had quite a bit of rock rash on it, so I shaved down that lip and added a ring to the outside:

Should have less hangups now:

Here is the only before picture I have of them:
