KENTUCKY DERBY.....a blast or overated??

Anybody been there? Looks like a good time. I'm not a horse guy at all but enjoy the three big races each year. The Derby looks like the most fun atmosphere to be involved with.

I watch this thing every year and tell myself that me and the Mrs. are going to go (next year). Never happens though, but I did put it on my "bucket list"...maybe someday.

Anyway if ya got a moment post up pro's/con's of your Kenyucky Derby weekend experience, let me know what I've been missing.

Looks like NASCAR With horses. Not my cup of tea, but obviously it's popular.

The best part of the derby to me are the ladys hats. Lol. I really do enjoy watching just to check out the big ass hats.
