Ever look at the pictures of all the RC's in work and see something in the background?I don't know if this thread will last, but I was just curious of what your garage, work shop (where you build) looked like? Is it dirty? Clean? Here's mine, I've got a decent work spot.

Working not like a slob

I have the basics in the basement. I have a Hudy motor lathe with diamond bit, motor stand/timing jig with cooling fan, 2 power supplies, 3 chargers, a battery cooler, deans discharger with cut off, 3 rd hand, really nice CSI soldering station, battery jig etc

We have a HUGE detached garage that houses: 1 odyssey, 1 100th anniversay harley ultra classic, my moms hondamatic, my step fathers foreman, a ford ranger, my step fathers super duty, h1 and lots of other stuff although I dont really have any pics:x

no pictures, but i hijacked my mom's picnic table in our garage and have it loaded with everything i need to work, plus 2 plastic carts full of batteries and chargers, a cart with the stereo, an old desk with my airbrush station, and a huge chest full of my little rc toys.

I take up easily a quarter of the garage, but my parents don't mind cause im outside doing something productive with my time and not inside watching tv or something.

this is where I do most of my cut, brazing, drilling and well you know (besides the dinning room table). I get to use the whole grage but this is where most is done. The garage is a nice 2 car with extra space.
I added the parts in the pic sunday so I can get more organized. Now I just need to add more shelves and organize the tools that will be on the wall. (I took all those off)

After looking at some of those shops I have realized one thing, some of you have WAY too much money.... well did untill you built the shop..

I like the organization of most of the shops on here.
except for the forbidden corner of bracesdads. I'd just hate to see how you guys really act around each other. Again I don't think we need to know that either.

Wow! I really envy some of the beautiful work spaces.

I make due w/ what I have available to me. Moving from a two car garage full of tools and have lots of storage and bench space to a single wall of a two bedroom apartment takes some getting used to!

But that's what happens when you get married and move across the country to live w/ your Wife and son.

I'm slowly getting some of my tools back, (only in miniature this time) I picked up a 3 inch variable speed bench grinder w/ a rotary tool attachment on e-bay for $30.00 and my wife and son bought me a mini drill press for my birthday. So far I'm pretty happy w/ them. I want a small chop saw and band saw. COME ON CHRISTMAS!

Anyways here is my work area in all it's glory!
