Second of all, PHILLBILLY. I dont know you, but in the last few posts you have made statements that ajcloud did not have the items, and then starting the fire with calling this kid a liar. But now all of a sudden the package is there, but its not all there.

I would rather that all the facts be layed out on the table in front of everyone for proof. I personally havent had dealings with him, but god help him if I ever do. But I would like it if ajcloud chimed in and handled this rather than it coming from you as it seems like your facts are a little scewed. No offence, but ajcloud should be the one making a statement.

Please re read my posts. I have not changed up anything. He claimed that the package was delivered and everything was in there as was described. I called bullshit on that for what I was told. Everything was not as described and from the sounds of it, not even close. I never said the package hadn't arrived. Maybe you misunderstood what I posted. Everything else from then on is just as accurate. I never changed my story. Please quote my posts and show me where I did.

Emails are easy to make. He could easily start a new email in a matter of minutes. That one is kinda pointless.

On gaming servers, banning particular IP ranges is necessary to keep cheaters and hackers out. Is it possible to do that with this guy? I'd hate to see anyone else lose access though.

this is true, but it's not hard at all to set your network up to mask your IP address and change it constantly so no one else will ever see your actual IP address.

Its the same way with VBB. You can ban a particular IP and anybody else associated with that IP will also be banned.
