You mods should let one creap by and follow him to see what he does. Im curious why he is so persistent.
 
His persistence is directly attributed to his stupidity. Rather, him thinking everyone else is stupid. He just doesn't get it. He needs to be dealt with.
 
I messaged him and told him to update this thing personally, as to avoid any more people thinking I am lying or stirring the pot.....

So, unless he has me actually do something about this, I am no longer going to post in this thread. "thumbsup"
 
I still want to see the full evedince from BOTH sides of this case. Even though there is enough things aginst samuri for the majoity to believe that he, is infact, the scammer and is scamming people, there is still a slight chance that this is all a mis-understanding. Until we can get 100% of the evidence from both sides, we honestly can not come to such a hasty conclusion. And as far as going to his house, bad idea. His parents could easily call the authorities and claim harassment and truspassing on private property, so to avoid any legal trouble there, I would personally advise aginst that.
 
In real life you get ripped off sometimes. You learn not to get ripped off again. I just bought an item from a nice person with tens of great feedback threads on this forum, but the product was not as advertised. I cannot see any reasonable way to resolve the issue. I will ask for pictures next time I'm buying something! "thumbsup" Lesson learned, no reason to threaten the guy online.

Be civic minded, be adults, not everyone is as nice as you. He is a kid. You are probably making him jerk off with joy giving him all this attention. Classifieds have been changed and he's not hanging out with the local rcrc scene, is there anything else that needs to be done? Can anything else actually be done? Lets all just get on with our lives, I'd hate to see a bunch of you get called up because someone threw a brick through his parents' living room window. 8)
 
This 15 year old ripped me off about 6 months ago now and keeps trying to trade me shit and after i agree he is a no show. He tried with the toyota and I'm telling you right now it was a pile and not worth any wraith. For the past 2 days he has been trying to trade me the wraith for my scx10 with a new bright JK hard body cause he knows I'm trying to trade fora wraith> He has texted me more then 150 times in two days. So again I finally give in and say ok take shit off my truck put stuff on that he wanted we were suposed to meet him today NO SHOW said his dad says no BS . They let him do what he wants I have talk to his dad and nothing . His parents are split up and who ever lets him use the credit cad wins at that time he is playing them against each other to get what he wants, Now this is the 3rd time he's bagged me to trade til I said ok and tore apart or put together trucks for him not to show:twisted: Now he just started a new screen name on our local forum WARCRC as jeepnut21 and I have a list of all his other screen names and his phone number . he wont let his dad talk to me or have him call me HHUUMMMMMM

You cant tell me that he cant be scared to quit or approached by law enforcement. There is laws on fraud. And as petty as his stupid actions are. Its clear fraud.

Last i heard, 15 year olds can be treated as an adult.

Im just saying, our right as a communitee is to find away to stop this kid and his actions or he will keep doing it and or invite others to do it too.

Does Badger and Jason know about this thread. I know they can be quite persuasive.

Here's the problem Norm, in every thread I have seen in relation to this guy no one wants to get the authorities involved. Either they do not want to take it that far or they are too lazy.

Either way. It has come to the point where it seems to be the only (right) option.

For all we know there are many untold people who do not look at the chit chat section that this drop kick has ripped off. Will some one (involved) please get the proper authorities involved so we do not have to continually hear about this little turd screwing with people. enough is enough.

no I have not had any deals he keeps texting me bugging me to trade him i'm not talking 1 or 2 texts its hundreds finally i say ok if i think I'll get the better deal Knowing that he wont show . this he knew I was trying to trade my jk for a wraith I don't know I just am too forgiving but enough is enough I'm done . then I see this thread and fine out he screwed so guy out of the wraith and am glad he didn't show. Ajcloud got screwed either way cause there is noway in hell that toyota he got was worth trading any wraith for

I've always been the trusting type, has not bitten me yet...knock on wood......but if this ass bag really is that bad, I cannot understand how someone along this shitty trip of deals has NOT turned his ass in to the cops, kicked his ass, egged his house...something.....I mean come an folks....really? I never give chances, my motto has always been, I never get even, I get ahead. People have tried in the past to mess with me, they NEVER win.

Sounds like a little punk for disrespecting his parents like that. What happened to respecting ur elders sounds like he needs to get his butt whipped.

I remember everyone thought I was a scammer and tried to call me out but I have proven myself
I just dont understand how 1 person can do this numerous times and everyone just sits back and enjoys the ride
