We are going to start a Monday night fun comp to run scale and sporty rigs. There will be traditional and non traditional events and it will be set up so scale rigs can make it as well as sporty to keep it fun and exciting! There will be food and drink for sale from The Crawl Space as well as parts for those of us that seem to break things.

Start time 6:00 pm if you are running late let us know and we will add you to the bottom of the pile for a later run.
Start date: Sept 26

This should be a blast as it is every Wednesday but geared toward sporty and scalers.

I hope to see you out there. If you need directions/ address let me know.

Thanks
Jerry

No Limits Sporty/Scaler Monday night fun comps

Alright, the No Limit crew has come up with a great idea for sporty/scaler fun comps at The Crawl Space. As Jerry stated above they have a bunch of different set ups on how the courses will be run. Here is a quick run down of what we'll be doing on Monday nights.

No Limits Monday night scale/Sporty Free Comp

Starting Monday's on September 26th.

Time Trials

Set up a course everyone runs, fastest time wins, winch points, rollover with reset at last gate progressed. If you cannot winch over you will have to make gates without hitting them.

Lap Runs

Set up course that everyone has to complete 2 laps, penalized for hitting gates and rollovers. Lowest score wins.

Run til your done "last man standing"

Follow the leader style, if you rollover you are eliminated, if leader rolls over next in line is the leader

Night Crawl

If you have lights we set up a course in the dark.

Thanks for the chance!

Hey guys, thank you for hosting these awesome comps to come! I'm sure it will be a hella good time just like Wednesday.

I'll try just about any of these that I can actually make it out for.

Here's a question though. Will these be separated to a couple classes by tire size or just set it up as a run-what-ya-brung format? Talking about different ideas for the comp yesterday didn't let me think about the setup behind it.

It will be run what you brung but, there will be winch points for the scale rigs and the gates will be set up so that everyone can turn through them etc. We will make it fun for all levels of driving and builds both scale and sporty!

Can we run both? I'm going to go searching but I may need directions.

For sure, the more the merrier "thumbsup"

Will you be counting points for scale accessories or will a stock dingo no winch or honcho no interior or 1.9 class 2.2 class Wraith class? Or do we just have a hella time and run all at the same time?"thumbsup"

Add on!

What do you think about a scale/sporty type car show on the months that have 5 mondays like Oct.? We can each throw in $5.00 and top 3 pay out! The comps will still be free but with an added bonus every once in a while. If you dont want to participate you dont have to but you dont get in on the chance to win!

Yes or no?

thanks
Jerry

Sounds like a cool idea. I think it would be more of a scaler car show and we can judge cars by scale accessories points, plus it would be cool to have a bunch of b@d@$$ tricked out scalers in the shop "thumbsup"

We could promote it to local community to come check it out.

"thumbsup""thumbsup"I think the scaler car show is a bad ass idea, good thinking jerry, i like where er are going with this, we make a good team like we have no limits lol

Real quick guys, we have the grand opening set for Saturday, Oct 1st and we were thinking of doing a scale car show that day and then after that we can do a car show at the Monday fun comps like Jerry mentioned from there on out. I just posted the grand opening thread so check it out when you can "thumbsup"

Works for me!

I was figuring on doing them the 5th monday of the month. I know there's not many months that have 5 but that way it spreads them out and gives everyone a chance to get new ideas and put them together. October has 5 but the the 5th monday will be on Holloween so it will be on the fourth monday Oct. 24th. let us know if that works for the Mon scale car show.
