The Cracker
Rock Stacker
Alright fellas, this ain't my first rodeo but it is my first build thread, so enjoy.
I am building this truck to replace my sw3, so it has much to live up to. Perhaps it is more fare to say that this truck is coming about bacause i have C.L.S.A syndrome and needed something new to play with, and not form shortcomings of my Dub3. My 3yr nephew loves jeeps, he see one all jacked up and says "look at that beep, that is a good beep with big swwooper swwompers." So that is where i got the name for the truck.
TECH:
THe new Jp Customs fastback jeep body, i used krylon camo paint for plastics.
A VF slingshot chassis w/links"thumbsup" and a VF Dig.
Axial Axles stuffed with TYLERV's Solution lockers. one word TIGHT
All the RCP aluminum goodies, Knuckles, C's, Straight axle adapters, and ss axles.
Traxxas Jato/Revo GTR shocks w/.7 springs
Rear upper links are stock axial lowers mounted to a GC2 link plate.
Front upper links are Traxxas #2339 106mm links mounted to a servo plate I made.
JR XS3 radio w/RS310 reciever
JR 8711 servo for steering and a JR 9100 for Dig8)
CC Mamba Max speed control w/CC BEC
Integy V10 50 turn.
Stock Axial wheels with Losi Rockclaws 3.oz in the rear, 6 oz front
NW traction tech hybrid reach foams in the front w/ losi foams in the back.
