My first RC kit build, the RR10 Bomber

Use it on every silicone / rubber part of the shock. If you are rebuilding them, you might as well buy the traxxas gtr rebuild kits, it's like 3$ and they have x-rings which are a lot better than o-rings.

So I thought I would update this thread a bit. Finally understand why people say the axial rod suck when I found that all of mine had started to stretch. So I ordered up some vanquish rod ends but it looks like I need some spacers now, where do you guys get spacers that will fit?

Also, broke the front locker so I ordered up some FI spools from Locked up RC and a shim kit. Will one shim kit be enough for both axles or do I need another?

Thanks for your help as always.

Shims are a case by case thing. Some axles require 1 shim, some multiple and some 0.
Just have to test it on your truck.

I used the RPM Revo rod ends from VP with SSD M4 aluminum spacers. 1 spacer per rod end.
I think they are discontinued now but any M4 spacer about 1 or 2 mm wide will be ok
