New Axial "working on something fast"

Iron track ESC: ($25)

Mad Gear ESC: ($20)

One way to make the RTR price $300 is to use cheap parts. This looks like how they are doing it with the ESC.

If it works it works. All I gotta say about it.

The second one is listed as waterproof, so I assume the other one is as well. No listing on 3s, but I assume it's capable.

I don't run a bec in my rig.

I don't run an external BEC either...The HH BRXL has a 6v BEC which is all my older hitec servos are power rated for..I get a whopping rock busting 177 oz/in-Tq.from my 985MG..lol

@Rockpiledriver, what esc and servo? No brown outs or glitches?

@6sharky9, BRXL esc has needed bec too ime despite HH claims and spec sheet.

Good call on both pics, yes lower price usually means cheaper components. :/

Well for the prices I can see how they may become very popular with most everyone..especially if 3s capable and waterproof.

Will be interesting to see what axial asks for them price wise.

I would get one for 25 dollars just to have one..im sure ill have another project at some point or another..Not saying I would use it for 3s but more for the waterproof feature.

Well I was in Vegas over the last week for a trade show and while there they had a boat demo, although they were being kinda sneaky I did spot Axial there. Some of you might recognize Scott Kerkes from Axial. The real question is,.... What is Axial doing at the boat pond

I was only able to grab one pic before they quickly rushed off
I wasn't able to get any shots of the boat he was driving.

Re: How bout a pic of the something new!!!!!!!!!

RX8, and I've used a few different servos. Nope never had a problem.

Hmmm interesting thanks for reply.

To do stupid things with: http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/2-2-scale-rigs/230945-eps-b-bronco.html

I ran/run a BRXL with no external BEC in the Losi with a HiTec 7950 and 5245mg for the dig and a 35 turn motor (IN A LOSI) for years.

Hmmm more good info, thanks too.
