I have a 1/6 hummer body its the one with out interior all black windows. Its in ruff shape are they worth anything. Also would it be worth more if I cleaned it up and painted it back nice.

They aren't worth much to begin with, they're a dime a dozen. I've bought the whole truck at a flea market for $10 before and that was in excellent shape. Only thing missing was the remote. I say keep it and build a frame then run it. You could go full IFS and solid rear or all sas. I've even seen it put onto a stretched stampede!

Im selling all my stuff and going just 1/5 scales thats why I was asking price. I know people sale the jeep bodies for 150 or so so I didnt know if this was worth anything or not I was going to build ot but donno what tires would look good set 2.2s under it and they were to small.

well just saying, the jeep bodies (I'm assuming you're talking about the ones rcmodelex sells) are in excellent condition and also are very detailed so thats why they are worth that much.

Any. 4" to 5" tire will look good depending on how much lift you want!

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the new bright jeep and the lunatics that list them on eBay for $150 bucks.... They don't sell for that much their just listed for that. A brand new unused unmolested NB jeep jk usually sells for around $100.00 - $110.00 and that is still a bit overpriced in my book. As stated above the rcmodelex versions are much much nicer and worth the extra coin, the detail and fit and finish is hands down top notch.

IMO, on your hummer they are a dime a dozen ( assuming its h2 ) and you'll be lucky to sell it for the cost of shipping unless you find someone who's really really in need and can't find another one ( for some insane reason ). If it's the H1 they are a little on the large side unless running wraith axles with wideners so most guys steer clear of the 1/6 hummer. If its the h2 hummer than its close to size needed but most would prefer the REAL DEAL H1 as its a better looking rig,
