I think it's called "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much Monster Garage/American chopper/Rides/ what ever TLC is broadcasting now". Seems like everyone and there cousin has some type of "buisness" or is 'attempting' to start one in some way shape or form.
Personaly I dont see a problem with it, true it was a really bad buisness discision to make a post linking to a free web site that isn't finnished but why the hell does that bother everyone so much? I think its alot easyer to just let the post gravitate to the bottem then to bash the hell out of some dude.
Just a few tips to Bigred and other peeps who decide to do this sort of thing from some REAL R/c buisness owners....
* Evaluate your situation, keep in mind that you will have to spend the time to both fabricate a large quantity of parts, recieve payments for them and package/ ship them.
* Get a real website and payment system that makes it easy for the buyer to purchase the product and for the seller to determine what needs to be shipped and to whom.
* Dont take orders then build parts, build parts and then take orders. No one likes to pre-order anything, especially from a busness with no reputation.
* Spend time on R/D and determine the most effective means of building duplicates of the same parts.
Most of those are from a guy I know who paints bodys for alot of the mags out there and such (

Mark P.)
That is just a few things you need to look at, I've seen alot of people take a jab at this and really screw things up for themselves and other people (cough Team RCR).
Oh BTW
Let me guess, bigred is like 15 or 16 years old right?
Whats that fawker? Come down to Ky next time we do a comp and I'll show you how well a 16 year old can build/drive!
