Axle mounted servo mount? I imagine most going to xr width don't want CMS.
I wouldn’t say most..
My vote would be scx2

What about the panhard mount though? If we use Scx10 II C hubs the panhard mount will be in the right place. So it may be the better option...

Beef patties?
Only way I can think to add significant weight.I did think of that and it might just be the only option although I’ve tried to remove as much weight as I can from the drive train and wheels

The other option is to run two front axles and use the lockouts (so you can still use the bolt on weights)
Didn’t think of that. I like it

SSD any idea when gear sets will be in stock?
How about xr rear tubes?
That's going to take a while, design, samples, test etc...
Add the width between the link mounts and the center to spread the lower links and shock mounts out and be done with it. Its just added width to an existing part with known dimensions. Many times the best soution is the simplest. We aren't building a space station here after all.
You may not know it but this center section design you brought to market is quickly revolutionizing the sportsman class comp crawlers. There are half a dozen companies racing to get axle tubes, link mounts and trusses to market right now. I'm working with a few of them, it's a great time to be in the hobby. "thumbsup"
The bolt pattern of the diff cover/pinion mount,-does it match the stock Axial cover pattern ?
Yes, that is correct.
