NONSTOPBOOST Chaotic Crawlers El Nino Build!!

sweet looking chassis
and your rims looks really sick"thumbsup"

Thanks...I just need to throw in some weights and mount up my rovers and ill try to get some pics up on here....my losi claws have just been performing so well for me lately its hard to switch...

So i took it out to little Moab today....I got some good test time in.... I will have to admit that i love the dig. Used right it definitely helped me on obstacles i once had to use a reverse or simply fail. I thought mounting the full size dig up high on the chassis would make my cog bad...but in fact i don't think it changed at all. I could still sidehill excellent. My only issue on the entire day was traction. A few courses i just could not grab... Sure it was cold and the mems are in the tool box but i was hoping for better traction. I guess ill have to break down and mount up the Rovers. So aside from traction and lack of dig use i really felt good with the overall rig.

Here are a few shots on the rock with the old Miller Body...

I got the new Rovers mounted up on my new wheels. I am gonna try 7 oz each front and 4 oz each rear. I put the Hammer Hybrid all-weathers in for now so we will see how it tests. I did notice these tires lifted it about 1/4 inch. So i do have some shock ideas to get it back to the 2" I like. I have a new body and a few other goodies coming soon but for now here are a few pics.

i really want one of these chassis'! Got any inside info on when they will be available to the public? Ive been holding out for this one for a couple months now! Yours looks awesome, by the way.

I believe they have them available in aluminum to the public right now... Just PM Chaotic Crawlers on here about them... He should be able to take care of you.

Your Crawler looks awesome man! Im going to try and shoot out to Little Moab tomorrow morning.

Man this is one of the cleaniest rigs that I have seen lately. I really like the chassis and how clean eveything goes together, nice wheels by the way. Keep us updated on the progress.

No Luck on them being available yet, i have been pming him over the past couple months trying to get one, just havent heard anything from him in a couple weeks. In other words, I AM JEALOUS! "thumbsup" haha

what material did you use for the dig servo and how did you bend it?

the rig turned out great.
whats is your goal for your ground clearance under the skid with the new tires on there?

i have the same wheel and ring combination just in black they are great."thumbsup"

I like this chassis a lot. When is production hitting the scene?

i REALLY like the low profile. "thumbsup"

cant wait to hear about performance on this chassis and possible comparisons with widow and slingshot.

what kind of front knuckles do you have??
The knuckles are RCP...they give the maximum clearance.

I know he did infact get a few kits put together but i think he is in the middle of testing out other materials as well as looking into other cutters. Just keep bothering him, cause im telling you these chassis rock.

I used 1/8 x 1" flat bar aluminum then bent it in a vice.
And i am hoping after tonight's shock adjustments i will have it down very close to 2" at the skid...

I am not sure the exact production date but i do think it should be coming out soon. The prototypes have been out long enough and got in some great testing to prove their amazing capabilities. The chassis gives some great options to get it really low like i like it or you have the ability to raise it to any level.

So I got my new DNA black dig....it looks sweet....Im in the middle of putting it in now.

But i also go a pair of RCP Spools and some HD gears....These are pretty cool..i installed them and it really cut my wheel slop down quite a bit. Plus they are really heavy so it gets some good weight down on the axle.

Here are a few pics..

Ilove the body nick!
I can't wait to go out and watch you scratch it up!:D

and for those asking about the chassis availability- he is working with another cutter at the moment to get the chassis to be as top notch as possible so there is very little cleanup needed after he gets them from the cutter!

I would HOPE to see some available in the next month!:)
