Sounds like a nice list of parts. "thumbsup" Have you considered an aftermarket alternative for the chassis? There are alot to choose from that will offer more tuning/component mounting options using standard Axial parts. The SCX10 C-channel setup is solid, but somewhat limited. Just a thought.

I like the Rock Pirates Interceptor chassis because it's very versatile, works with alot of stock setups and is easy to change up. Your choice of skids will keep the stock link placement you're used to. A metal drag link mount is included. You don't have to run the Hard Line bed if you like full length bodies. The servo mount and battery trays are nice and easy, with their chassis or Axial variants. Check out some of their vids on their site.

Most of their components/accessory pieces are a direct boltup to Axial and Element C-channel frames, and body specific skids are sweet.

Used to get stuff from RPP in 2-3 days, now it takes 5-6.
I wouldn't mind so much, except that the part was only $22 and First Class was the least expensive option.

Not sure what you've settled on for the final look of your build, but if you browse through IERC's web page they have some killer looking rigs and some pretty unique parts. Mostly cab only type rigs though.

They have a lot of stuff, I like their bumpers, very minimalist. Finally some one that makes a good looking small bumper.

I thought this was pretty slick. Laydown mount for the "old school" Axial 3 gear trans. IERC will be releasing it soon.

I thought about this but after reading the reviews I found it was for the stealth trans.
Good catch. The Stealth trans is also a nice unit. I have one paired up with some VP's with OD front gears on the G-Speed chassis. I'll be busting that out this year (finally). It's a slider/roller at the moment. Thought I had a body planned but may change directions. You know how it is. ;-)
