Papabash's Team BWD 'Low-Pro' Wedge Build

So I bit the bullet and got mine :). I got a white one from Britt. I'm now subscribed to this thread and might be asking you a few (ok it might be a lot :)) anyway. Yours is awesome :)

I just went through this whole thread and saved 47 pics to my computer :). I'll then have them for easy access to refer to them. I hope you don't mind.

What's the part # for the axial bent rod ends?

LOL, nope, I don't mind at all. They are here to help others, I'm glad to see them be used. "thumbsup"
I don't know about the Axial bent rod ends, I just had some lying around from old builds. They come on a parts tree, I don't think they can be bought separately, but I sure wish they could. Maybe someone else has the part # for the tree?

Dont know the part # but my guess would be that ebays the best place to look for em. Ya got those cats that take entire kits & piece em out.

True, that's why I wish you could buy them separately, but are you really going to let $6.50 stop you from making an $80 chassis perform to it's full potential?

The rear-steer kit comes with most everything you need. I used some longer M3 screws to attach my tie rod/drag link, but your particular steering setup may not need them.

Ok so do you have the ones that came with it that you would be able to sell me? Since you said that you used the M3 screws.

They were 4-40 or some weird thread pitch, so I threw them in my "odds and ends" box of screws, nuts, bolts, etc. Since I've been in and out of RC for about 30 years, it is pretty much a black hole for misfit hardware - don't really wanna go there, sorry.

I could, but it might be totally wrong. You need to work out your linkage first, and then see what it takes to accomplish it. My best advice is to go to your local Ace Hardware (or whatever franchise you have nearby) and get some M3 machine screws in assorted lengths. I like to keep them on hand up to around 30mm with a few 40 or 50mm ones that can be cut off as needed.
