Plastic Lightweight Axle tubes...from the CNC!

i have stock bully and creeper and it only needs a little grinding to make them work
so i guest your saying using axial knuckles and c-hubs

so i got my self moved into the new home. i have a shop now which is rad.

i'm boxing up some parts to send out to get machines for the rest of the front end conversion.

next up will be a 4PK and some very creative parts mix matching.

right now...nope. not selling. I'm not a vendor and it would probably take me 20 sets to pay off the membership. the front tubes are ALOT of work. the rear tubes are already available by a supporting vendor and i don't want to compete with his business.

the front knuckles just got off the mill. shoudl be in my hands in a couple days.

once that happends i will be able to update you.

too bad your not ready with these things for the LMRCC comp tomorrow

what kind of front and rear track width are these going to make for you

any intrest yet on selling some rear tubes? the CC store has said that they should be getting rear tubes any time now for atleast 4 months

The problem with selling them is that the vendor star costs so much I would have to sell 15 sets just to make a profit enough to cover that cost. Unless you guys want to pay a ton for the tubes.

Its not worth my time and hassle and the liability of possibly someone breaking one and me having to remake them a tube at my cost. Sorry guys I just don’t feel like giving my money away. Not just yet.

Track with is about 1” wider up front then stock. I will have to run something close to a berg offset in the front. My idea would be to run around 10.75 in the front and 10.5 in the rear.

how much would it cost you for a VENDOR star?

Guys I've been testing the front and rear tubes with only a few issues. The front tube due to being so thin at the clearances spot fr the servo gets some flex due to the torque of the servo then turning at max angle. It's fallen off a ton of clifs. It's tumbled hard. It's even been so bound up that I managed to shred a pinion and the shafts are working great.

The lower scrub radius have side hill turning waaaaay more predictable. The loss of weight has been able to get this thin into ate 5lb range it's an aluminum rear gear housing and a steel front housing. V6 shafts and undrilled gears. As well all the link mounts are steel and a full body. I will update this with pictures at some point soon. I may get a vendor star at this point and start selling these things. For both super and 2.2
