I had no clue what she was talking about until I just sat down a read your post.
In January I asked a bunch of the old timers about their feelings on crawling. You actually said some of the same stuff then too! :lol:
I've been burnt out for a good while now.
I've been crawling since 2001, but I think 2004-2006 was good times because people actually built stuff, experimented, and shared/discussed builds they were working on. Ideas were new and people tried new things.
Today people just want what works and complain when it doesn't.
They don't want to build a dig system, they want to buy one.
They want the fancy computer radio but don't want to read the manual to find out how to operate it.
Crawling as a whole has gotten away from what it was when it started.
