Poor Bastard

Jul. 22, 2013 5:15pm Jason Howerton

A man’s wife threw an absolute temper tantrum when her husband wouldn’t take her to the lake on a Saturday. She didn’t realize he was video recording the entire fit and planned to upload it on YouTube.

The man in the video, Jim, apparently had already planned to do household chores and car maintenance on this particular Saturday. He says this is the way his wife regularly acts when “she does not get her way.”

Sadly, according to Gawker, this would be the married couple’s last fight.

“After dealing with her drinking problems (“she is on probation for a DUI”), trying to patch things up through marriage counseling (“she showed up 10 minutes late and left”), and suffering in silence while she repeatedly tried “to convince all of her friends that I was always yelling and cussing,” Jim decided to call it a day,” the website notes.

Further, Jim reportedly later clarified about the circumstances surrounding the tantrum and whether he promised to take her to the lake previously.

“Didn’t promise anything at all. In fact, I had worked 60 hours that week and told her all week that aturday was my day to get stuff done around the house,” he wrote. “But as usual she threw a fit about it. She has broken doors off the jambs at our house…That was the last day I lived in our house. I have moved out and filed a restraining order against her.”

Jim also said he realized his marriage was truly over when his wife defriended him on Facebook.

I hope they didn't have any kids, imagine how bad those brats would be:shock:

I worked at a Toy's "R" Us for 5 years and I rarely saw a child break out in a tantrum like that, hell most of the tantrums I saw were from parents who wanted to return something that the return policy wouldn't allow for...............the Dad's could be damn near as bad as the Mom's too:x

took 3 tries to get the video because it kept coming up as removed for vilation of youtube terms. watched the entire thing and it seems fake....I especially like the fact she cant take her car for and oil change because of the interlock.....sound like shes had a dewey before

I lived that life once before. That's the kind of crazy that meds can't fix. Some people say "spoiled," no. There are some mommy/ daddy issues stemming from her childhood. After the fit, several hours later, she might cry about it and say that she is sorry and she knows what she did and what she said, but can't control it.

See how quickly she went on to the cigarettes and then the oil change? She is chemically imbalanced and just needs to go nuts and ruin someone's day. These people will admit it too. They can't allow a good time to happen, because something always happened to ruin a good time during their childhood, ie: mommy or daddy got too drunk and abusive at birthday parties, etc.

And that sounds like at least one of my coworkers, not quite that nuts, but she is bad at times..

What I would love to know is what kept this guy from seeing that she was like this before marrying her? Seems like they're just as crazy before they get he ring as after.

I am so thankful for the woman I married after seeing that and seeing crazy @$$ divas. I think my wife would have slapped her for acting like that. Could you imagine how she would treat someone with a hobby like ours when we would want to go hit the trails? Oh the horror!

I could only take 55 sec. of her before whining before I turned it off.

I feel sorry for guys with wives like that.

I don't feel sorry for guy who voluntarily marry crazy like that.

If he tried counseling with her, he attempted to fix the issue. Don't blame him for getting divorced.

I watched it again... She belongs in the trunk. Along with the garbage bags, duct tape, lime, and shovels.
