Post your custom cars you have had, do have, or soon will have!

I think I've had about 40 cars/trucks over the years, but here are the most recent. The only one I still have is the '89 240SX since it's still a work in progress.

22s!

Z'ed frame, dropped body mounts, airbags (obviously). My wife drove it, but it went bye-bye when we started our business.

Sweet hummer wheels on a jeep
A LOT of guys run the H2 wheels on their 1 ton axles under jeeps.. They have a lot more backspacing which sucks the tires in closer to the body which is nice when u have 64" WMS - WMS axles under a JEEP !

LOL, I know right. I'd add mine but what's the point? It's turned into more of a ricer/pavement queen thread than anything.

I take some offense to that. My Suburban (posted above) easily falls into the general "hot rod" category -- old, big block, etc. Don't be so closed-minded. True car enthusiasts can appreciate all kinds of vehicles. I've also owned a '64 Malibu SS, '69 Z/28, '68 four-door Suburban (when have you EVER seen a four-door '67-72 Sub?), '54 Bel-Air, and others that I can't even remember, but every one was driven on a daily basis (and driven HARD).

Even if you weren't talking about me -- it was still uncalled for and ignorant.

I guess you'll laugh at the LS1 swap going into my 240SX too. And I'll still drift it. :flipoff:

Every vehicle you mentioned I would consider a hotrod (save for the 240- LS1 or not). And no I wasn't reffering to you specifically and if you took offense oh well.

I was more reffering to the ricers and Ford's on 49's that are obviously show trucks. I wouldn't classify either of the above mentioned as "hotrods".

Woo-hoo! One more to add to our photo archive! Thanks!

There are more pics of the Datsun on www.biokustumz.com under the Projects section, and also at www.socalcustoms.com under one of the Octoberfest links from a couple of years ago. Sorry I don't have more, but I kept it 100 miles from home at my buddy's shop. I really wish I hadn't sold it, but life happens I guess. That was actually my second 'bagged 521, but the first was a bit more crude. Like all the rest of 'em, "Some day I'll build another one." lol

RANOVRU, point taken, but the thread never specified what type of custom car to post. :)
